6th Annual Fundraising Gala
Welcome to United2Heal's 6th Annual Fundraising Gala!
Join us on Saturday, April 14th from 6:00PM-10:00PM at the Jepson Alumni Center in Richmond, VA for a night of elegance and a chance to help us save lives.
Our gala consists of a sit-down dinner, live auction and silent auction. We will auction items ranging from art pieces, event tickets, and trip packages.
All proceeds from our event will go towards sustaining our warehouse space and the supplies we are in need of to continue in our mission. This year’s Gala will attract doctors and professionals from the Richmond area and its surrounding communities.
We are honored to have guest speakers Farris Barakat and Dr. Judyth Twigg - information on our guest speakers can be found below.

Farris Barakat is the founder and executive director of The Light House Project, an organization striving to reclaim the Muslim-American narrative.
Created in honor of Barakat's late brother, The Light House Project commemorates the lives of "Our Three Winners" from the NC Chapel Hill shooting -- Deah Barakat, his wife Yusor Abu-Salha, and her sister Razan Abu-Salha. The Light House Project promotes peace through youth development, community engagement and social entrepreneurship.
Barakat is working adamantly to fulfill his brother's dream of a more tolerant, educated America. As a public speaker, Barakat advocates for a less prejudiced nation, carrying on the legacy of Deah, Yusor, and Razan.
